We tell the children all about the role of the amygdala (eg. fight or flight response) to enhance knowledge about how our brain responds to danger and how it can save our lives.

The books we use throughout the programme are Sitting Still Like a Frog by Eline Snel and When Sophie Gets Angry by Molly Bang.
