We are trying to answer questions about how children learn to solve problems, participate in the social world, and construct knowledge. We study these things by observing children as they play short games or watch videos, and we need your help.

If you decide to sign up, we’ll keep your contact information in a secure and confidential location and contact you when your child is the right age for a study. Your information will not be shared with anyone not affiliated with our lab. You can let us know if you want your name removed at any point in time.

Visits will be held at the Baby and Child Lab in the School of Psychology & Neuroscience on St. Mary’s Quad at the University of St Andrews.

All of our studies are approved by the local ethics board and are designed to be fun and engaging for your child. Further information on participating in our studies can be found here.
